VISION DRIVERS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions (“Customer Terms“) govern your use of services provided by Vision Drivers Private Limited (“Vision Drivers,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our“), including our Site, Services, documents, and intellectual property (collectively, “Offerings“).

By accessing or using our Offerings, or by clicking “I Accept,” you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use our Services.

1. GENERAL TERMS FOR CUSTOMERS

1. Before booking kindly read our tariff details, we set some fixed amount for city limit areas and some drop locations, it is all by the current scenario.
2. The company have the rights to increase or decrease the amount from time to time for Peak hours and Non-Peak hours. So make sure the correct tariff for your booking.
3. Never encourage the driver to drive Over Speed or rash driving.
4. Don’t keep any personal relationship with a driver other than driving.
5. Don’t allow the driver to use any of your personal things like Mobile Phone, Pen drive, Charger, Perfume, Wallet, etc.…
6.  For any payment related problem, every time make it confirm with the office before arguing with the driver.
   5. For any of the problem or mistake is happening by the driver at your place don’t argue with drivers instead of immediately inform to the office.
7. The Company, as well as driver, does not hold any responsibility for loss, damage and if any accident, theft and any other types of losses, the service provider not be responsible and no liability by the Service Provider arise for the said loss, accident or damage or theft.
8.  If any accident or damage took place because of our driver’s mistakes or any other reason service provider will support to claim the insurance amount through the insurance agent, by providing the concerned drivers original driving license and contacting the concerned insurance agent through our office staff.
9. Before starting the trip make it confirm with payment methods by whether it is a local or outstation trip or it has any other extra charges.
10. Don’t call the driver directly it seems you are taking the risk by own. At the time if any mistake done by the driver’s means we are not responsible for any of the issue. It is all at your own risk only.
11. Do not leave cash or any valuable things in possession of the drivers on vehicles.
12. Don’t try to test drive while the driver in the booking duty time, If you want to learn driving then choose any one best driving training school, we are not authorized for training.
13.  But our driver can help you to know the driving techniques by one to one .this will help you to learn driving quickly.
14. Don’t give any other work than driving, like cash dealing any of your personal work, if any mistake or misbehaviour happens then the company never responsible for these cases.

3. KEY POLICIES

A. Bookings & Payments

• Fare estimates may vary based on actual conditions.

• Payment methods: Cash, Card, E-Wallet (Vision Money).

• Cancellation Fee applies if:

  • You cancel after 5 mins of driver assignment.

  • Driver waits over 10 mins at pickup.

B. Liability & Disputes

• No responsibility for missed flights/trains due to delays.

• Report lost items within 24 hours.

• Maximum liability: ₹1,000 per claim.

C. Termination

• We may suspend accounts for violations.

4. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES

• Indian law applies.

• Disputes resolved via arbitration in Bengaluru.

5. UPDATES TO TERMS
